To facilitate the flock characterisation, the user interface exposes only 3 steps:

  1. Image acquisition
  2. Flock recognition and measurement
  3. Analysis by means of statistical evaluation

The Flockshape System consists of:

  • The Flockshape software
  • State-of-the-art image analysis computer running XP/ Microsoft Windows 7
  • A slide and/or flatbed scanner certified for Flockshape
  • Standard office suite
